Day 1: Arrive in Panama City
Upon your arrival to Panama City, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for the night.
Panama City is the largest and most fascinating city in Panama and is also the capital. The historical center in its Old City has beautiful architecture and many attractions. It offers the perfect blend of the old and the new.
Day 2: Panama City- David- Boquete
The next morning you will be taken to the airport for transfer to David. Our representative will welcome you when you arrive at David and will transfer you to Boquete and will help you check in at the Finca Lerida hotel, a charming lodge located in a Coffee Plantation. Spend the day exploring the plantation and at your leisure.
Day 3: Nature Walk and Coffee Tour
Start the day with a fascinating coffee tour at the Finca Lerida’s coffee plantation. You can get to learn more about coffee cultivation process. This will also allow you to sample various delicious varieties of beans. We also recommend a nature walk to explore the area and its natural beauty.
Day 4: Transfer to Almirante- Bocas del Toro
You will be transferred from Boquete to Almirante and then to Bocas del Toro by boat. Enjoy the drive through the beautiful highlands on your way and then board the comfortable boat.
Day 5: Dolphin Bay, Crawl Cay, Redfrog Beach Tour
Today’s excitement begins with a trip to the Dolphin Bay, located a short boat ride away. Watch dolphins in their natural habitat at play. The beautiful mountains and mainland coasts here provide you great photo opportunities. The next stop on the trip is Crawl Cay where you can spend some time snorkeling and enjoy the colorful underwater beauty of Bocas del Toro. Enjoy fresh lunch and then visit the Red Frog Beach. The beach has an abundance of small red frogs due to which the beach received its name. Relax or sunbathe at this serene white sandy beach before your trip back to your hotel in Bocas del Toro.
Day 6: Free day
Bocas del Toro is a very popular tourist location on Isla Colon and is the capital. Most other locations in the province are still quite untouched. Bocas del Toro offers a number of great activities such as fishing, diving, swimming and snorkeling. You can even choose to simply spend the day relaxing and sunbathing on one of the gorgeous sandy beaches.
It is a great place for observing animals and birds such as endangered birds, poison dart frogs and turtles. One of the biggest attractions for tourists are the deserted beaches in the area. Around 95% of La Amistad National Park is located within Bocas del Toros along with Bastimentos National park. It is the ideal location for recreation and adventure.
Day 7: Panama City Tour
In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport in Bocas del Toro for your flight to Panama City. Your private guide will escort you on a tour of the Panama City.
Start the city tour with a drive to Miraflores where you can see large vessels crossing the Panama Canal. 9:00 to 11:00 are the busiest hours, allowing you to see various ships getting lowered or lifted up. Enjoy the views of the Locks from the terrace while your guide explains everything to you. Visit the Visitor Center and the Museum of Miraflores to understand the Canal’s construction, considered to be an engineering masterpiece. Learn more about the canal’s history and its impact on the world trade along with its current expansion project.
After visiting the Canal, your guide will take you to visit the Amador Causeway which connects the three Islands located in Pacific Ocean. Enjoy beautiful views of the Panama City, its skyline and the Canal. The next stop on the tour is to the colonial quarter in Panama City, Casco Viejo. Here you will feel as if you have stepped back in time when you view the colonial houses, beautiful churches and the winding narrow roads. Visit the highlights of the Colonial district- Huertas Passway, French Plaza, golden Altar and the Cathedral. Learn more about the interesting history of Panama.
Day 8: Departure
Transfer to the Airport in Panama City after breakfast for your flight back home.
